I have no idea what they make this stuff out of and I refuse to ask. I love the mystery. I love eating meat but this is my new favorite restaurant in the area because the food is consistently above average. After trying everything on the menu through 15 orders nothing has never left me with heartburn or an upset stomach the same way traditional hamburgers or fast food sometimes do. Not the most affordable place but it’s worth the price for me because I notice the difference in ingredients compared to other restaurants at lower price points.

Wow! Blown away. I’ve been meaning to try this place for over a year now. They have plant-based burgers and nice option of sides and add-ons. Their burgers are made from lentils, mushrooms, and oats and they taste amazing. The brussels sprouts are to die for the picture doesn’t do it justice.

My first time here loved food love me back spilled chilli over myself was so good guys super nice friendly 10/10 gave me new chilli can’t wait for my next trip to queens will deff be visiting

The vegan breakfast burrito at Toad Style was delicious and close to perfection. It had a great balance of flavor and texture, though the hollandaise-style sauce was a bit too heavy for my taste—others may love it. I’ll definitely be back, but next time I’ll ask for it light on the sauce.

I just had the best vegan sandwich in NYC!!! The Buffalo Ranch Cauliflower Sub it’s another level Definitely recommend it ! And for the side that Creamsicle Slush hah was amazing Can’t wait to stop by again! Thank you Toad Style for being this close to my place

The name Toad Style was taken from one of the five deadly venoms from that karate flick from back in the day Five Deadly Venoms. It is a vegetarian and vegan place that stays away from the soy! Which is amazing if you are not into to-much of the soy meats. The store it self looks like a Chinese restaurant in my opinion from the outside. On the inside it is kind of tight but full use of the space with contoured laminated booth seats. A few seats on the outside as well. The service is great. Very welcoming to all and very helpful with the ordering process. Food is prepared and served within a few minutes depending on how many orders are coming in. They do have take out and delivery services picking up and delivering. So, the food is just so flavorful and tasty! I enjoyed everything! They also had signs saying they are BYOB! So, plan ahead! I must make Toad Style a regular in my goto eat spots!
